Brie and Cranberry Pizza

Ingredients

 

  • 1 uncooked pizza dough
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 7 oz (200 g) brie cheese, in pieces
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) roasted and chopped pecans

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
  2. Place the dough on a pizza plate
  3. Pre-heat dough 10 minutes
  4. Spread pieces of brie on the crust.
  5. Pour cranberry sauce into a bowl and stir to make more liquid.
  6. Spread the sauce over the brie and sprinkle with pecans.
  7. Cook until cheese is melted and bubbling.
